Editorial and paid separation

Company records in the directory are factual and are compiled from public sources. They are never pay-to-list, and a company cannot buy a better description or a higher position. Paid and sponsored placements, when present, are visually distinct and labeled as sponsored, and are kept separate from the factual data.

Sponsored listings

Sponsored or featured listings, where offered, are always labeled "Sponsored." They are advertising, not editorial judgments about a company.

Jobs links

Job-search links on company pages point to third-party job boards and may be affiliate links, marked as sponsored.
